Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel an order, customers can contact customer support through email or phone.
- If the order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Order Cancellation by Shopixindia:
- Shopixindia reserves the right to cancel orders due to issues such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
- In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Refund:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Process for Refund:
- Customers should initiate a return request through their Shopixindia account or contact customer support.
- Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and intimate or sanitary goods, may not be eligible for refunds.
- Digital products and services are also non-refundable.

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Process for Exchange:
- Customers should initiate an exchange request through their Shopixindia account or contact customer support.
- Once the exchange is approved, customers will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
- A replacement product will be sent out once the original product is received and inspected.

Return Shipping:
- If the return or exchange is due to a defect or error by Shopixindia, the company will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
